October 25 - Creativity Will Unlock Your Mind

My photo printed on canvas by Triple V Designs.
Something creative, like an instrument or canvas, is beckoning you today. It’s been too long. Jump in, create something or just play that guitar. It has the power to declutter your mind and make you brilliant for new strategies for your life.

Psalm 49:4 - I set plainspoken wisdom before you, my heart-seasoned understandings of life.
I fine-tuned my ear to the sayings of the wise,
I solve life’s riddle with the help of a harp. (The Message)

October 24 - Peace, Be Still!

Stormy weather threatens to hamper your plans, but you can speak to that storm and it will retreat. (This is in the natural, but also a metaphor for a life situation.)
Mark 4:39 - Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peacebe still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.

Proverbs 17:17 - Friends love through all kinds of weather,
and families stick together in all kinds of trouble.

For example a tree in the foreground towers over a mountain in the background. Our minds know this is not true. They know how to look at it. There is a situation in your life that needs this perspective. Something looks much bigger than it really is. Today, you will have a better perspective.

Psalm 27:1 - The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear?

October 21 - Spread the Love

Just as someone needs to have some extra love right now, you feel a need to give it. Find that someone and bless them with who you are.

Romans 12:10 - Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another...
