November 29 - Have Fun Encouraging Others!

Make it a practice – and have some fun – to encourage someone every day. It could be the cashier at Starbucks, or a stranger at the store; a bus driver or a child in your family. Call out their destiny. Help them to know who they are and how they bless you.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 - Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

November 28 - To Your Mentors...

Be sure to thank the mentors in your life who have poured themselves out to you and helped to set you on course. They are a blessing from God in your life.

November 23 - What Do You Really Want?

Our tools –  computers, carpentry tools, cars, even homes – are just means to get what we really want in life, aren’t they? Love, protection, provision, joy...what is it that you really really want? Ask Papa God for that today. You are loved.

The glory of the heavens – the night skies – point to the evidence of a divine Creator who lovingly made the universe and then made us to take so much pleasure in its beauty. God wants to give us good gifts all the time. Like the stars in the sky, he showers us with so much goodness and light. You are due today for a new shower of His blessing.

Today’s stresses always try to sidetrack us. But if you can look at your life and how you have gotten through the worries and crises and trials in the past – you can be assured that you will get through this day too – and the tomorrows to come. God will bring you through the valleys to the other side. You may be in a transition time, but transition always brings you to the next thing.
