October 30 - Supernatural Peace

There is nothing like having peace. Peace is the sign you have made the right decision. Peace turns chaos into something that can be managed. Peace can rule over relationships causing union instead of division. Peace opens up space for negotiation. Peace drives a powerful vehicle that can take us places nothing or no one else is able to. Today, receive that peace. It is there if you ask for it.
John 14:27 - Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

October 26 - Sincere Humility

When in the course of human events it becomes necessary to say “I’m sorry. I am better than that. I will do better”… then say it!!!!!

James 4:10 - Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.

October 18 - Words of Life

Some tell others the world is going to hell in a hand basket and they speak from depression, hopelessness, and weakness. Others declare good things about the world and they speak from a spirit of hope, anticipation of good, and power. Our perception and our words make a difference. I want to be one that speaks life-giving words of good. Today, your thoughts and words will make a difference.

Proverbs 15:4 - The soothing tongue is a tree of life, but a perverse tongue crushes the spirit.

October 17 - Out of the Mouths of Babes

God is speaking to you today through a child in your life. Listen.

Isaiah 11:6 - And a little child will lead them.

October 16 - Stand Strong

When you stand strong for what you believe as truth, you will give someone else something strong to lean on. There are people around you who are looking to you for hope.

1 Corinthians 16:13 - Keep your eyes open, hold tight to your convictions, give it all you’ve got, be resolute, and love without stopping. (The Message)

October 15 - Child of the Most High

In the dark of night when you can’t sleep and worries begin to take over, think instead about how much you are loved by your Papa God.

Jeremiah 31:3 - "I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you."

1 John 3:1 - See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!

October 14 - You Matter!

You sometimes tell friends that your needs, pains, and dreams are so minor compared to others in this world. You feel you don’t deserve your prayers to be answered when there are so many that are suffering and need more than you. Do you know that what matters to you matters to God? Don’t you realize how big He is? Pray those prayers – even the small, seemingly petty ones – over you and your family. Your Father in Heaven loves you and longs for relationship with you. His great desire is to bless his children with good things.
