Provision is Attached to Your Assignment

My friend, Crystal, listened to me fret at the kitchen table. I was worried about bills, over the future, over big decisions, over past failures, over future potential. She advised me to ask God about my next assignment and to ask Him if my current assignment was over.  She said provision is always attached to our assignment. I know what Crystal said is a truth. It has been true in my past and in the lives of others I know. It will be true again.

I am getting a new assignment as I write this. The provision has not arrived yet, but I am trusting it will. Are you waiting for provision? Ask God if your old assignment is over and, if so, what your new assignment is - and trust the provision will be attached to it as you step into what He has called you to. This takes bravery. It takes risk. I bless you today with a new trust in your spirit; a hope in your heart; a knowing in your mind; and an assurance in your being - for all the goodness ahead for you.

October 28 - The Commodity of Joy

Joy. It is the commodity we all are reaching for, isn’t it? The things we think we want – houses, cars, dream jobs, trips – are really just a means to get what our hearts are really after – happiness. There is a new train to happiness chugging in to pick you up. It’s OK to hop aboard.

Ephesians 3:20 - Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.

Psalm 35:27 - Let them shout for joy and be glad, who favor my righteous cause; and let them say continually "Let the Lord be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant."

June 13 - Godly Possible!

If God sees the end from the beginning, he already knows how your situation will turn out. It will turn out the best way possible. Not humanly possible, but Godly possible!

Isaiah 46:10 - I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say "My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please."

Matthew 19:26 - Jesus looked at them and said "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."

April 17 - Thirty Days...

Creativity is in the air. You are made in the image of a wonderful Creator who created not only the world and universe, but your own imagination. What is He showing you about your destiny…your passion…your purpose? Write it down and pray over it and see what happens in the next 30 days!

January 31 - New Beginnings!

There is a fresh, new beginning that starts today and continues through the next several months. You are ready. Provision and protection are yours from your Father in Heaven.

November 25 - There is One More Able

Remember that on days like today when you feel weak, uncertain and unable, there is One that is strong, sure, and so able. Hold His hand! Listen for His voice. Take that step forward!
