There are mentors, teachers, authors, and others in your life who
have influenced you in such a good way. Be sure to thank them. But know that
you, too, are wise to someone else. You mentor others through just being who you are.

When
I was a child, I couldn’t stand the bitterness of coffee. As an adult – a
grandma – I pretty much thrive on the hot flavor and need it in my morning.
Something you used to detest is now beautiful to you. Life is like that. We
change. There are new seasons throughout our lives. It’s okay to leave the old
and embrace the new. Welcome to new beginnings that are coming this summer!
There
is wisdom in the words you are giving a friend today. God is preparing them to
hear you – to receive the words. You are a gift to your friend.
Your dreams are coming true. The good ones. The ones full of love
and life; excitement and adventure. God has heard the desires of your heart. He
wants to give them to you!
God
is a happy guy. We know that because there is laughter in the world and we are
made in His image. There are also flowers, children, music, art, dancing, puppies,
kittens, wine, football, mountains, brooks, and celebrations. We are
made to be happy. It’s in our genes. He’s telling you today to “Be happy!!!!”
What makes God sad? Well, I think he gets sad like any loving
parent when their child goes wandering into trouble. We as parents know there is a better
way, but our kids have to discover that way on their own sometimes. There is
great joy and celebration on the day when our children turn toward all that
makes them safe and happy. That makes Papa God happy, too.
