You Can Do It!

Do you ever fret and wait and procrastinate and finally, once you take the risk and try something new, you realize it wasn't hard at all? That just happened (again) to me!

I'm still learning by leaps and bounds. Today I learned to do a landing page in Mailchimp for one of my workshops. Who'da thunk?

I just determined to do it, and I did. I'm about to send it out and we'll see what happens.

Nonetheless - I want to encourage you to take that next step. Try that new thing. Learn that new skill. Dive into creativity in a new form. Imagine that new business and make a plan. Don't settle. Go big! You can do it, and these days, all of us have extra social distancing time, right?

You Are Perfect

So many of us have had in our past someone who put us down, made us feel less than and unimportant. We felt shameful, inadequate  and unlovable. We believed the lies told us by someone who was really just scared of our potential; jealous of who we might become. They wanted to feel superior and did not know how to do that without making us feel inferior.

Now, for a moment, imagine Father God  gazing into your eyes and telling you that "You are so perfect. I created you. I did not make mistakes. You are exactly as I imagined you and you have all promise and potential to become all I created you to be." So who are you going to believe? Please choose the Creator of the Universe. Your Creator. You are indeed PERFECT!

Today, Papa is giving you new revelation of your identity.

Jeremiah 1:5 - "Before I shaped you in the womb, I knew all about you. Before you saw the light of day, I had holy plans for you...." 

October 4 - Better "Vision"

Just as my camera sometimes catches colors, images, and things in the background that I didn’t know were there – so our minds and hearts are not always aware of everything that is happening around us. New things are being revealed today and in the weeks to come. Your vision will increase to see those things. So exciting for you!

James 1:5 - If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

August 6 - Coffee and Wisdom

Today, make a perfect cup of coffee or your favorite drink, and take a few minutes alone to sit outside and have a chat with your Creator. Ask Him what He thinks of you. Ask Him the question that has been on your heart. Ask Him what He plans to do about it. He is relational. Don’t be afraid. He’s ready to help you.

June 27 - His Sun Shines Upon All

He says to me: "It's going to be okay!"

As a mountain girl now living in a big city, I have been encountered twice by people I'm not used to. It is drawing out a side of me that I thought I had dealt with. How do I respond to their needy requests? Well, I didn't do so well. I responded from fear I think - when I really needed wisdom for discernment. Who do I help? When should I be kind? When do I deny them to protect myself? I know I am to always love and be compassionate. I'm still working on this! Today, God is giving us all wisdom on how to love better and also wisdom on how to discern His heart in a situation.

Matthew 5:44-46 - But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? (NIV)

Matthew 5:45 - This is what God does. He gives his best––the sun to warm and the rain to nourish––to everyone, regardless...(The Message).

June 22 - Encourage Your Friend Today

There is wisdom in the words you are giving a friend today. God is preparing them to hear you – to receive the words. You are a gift to your friend.

James 1:5 - If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.

February 25 - New Ideas Are Coming!

Put your face in the sunshine today and just rest a few moments. Ideas are coming.

September 14 - More Wisdom

You have asked Papa God for wisdom, and as He promised, He is giving you what you need for a situation in your life. He is also helping you see more clearly, like an owl in the night,  into areas that have been in the shadows or hidden.
