Evolving

Sometimes dreams change. Sometimes you realize you have already reached your dreams and didn't know it. You've been there. Done that. The dream isn't so big anymore. Your passion evolves. You realize it's not about how many you reach. It's more about the being than the reaching. Because when we "be" - that gets noticed when we're not really watching. And that's when you'll reach the most.

I used to want to speak to large crowds; write bestselling books; somehow be famous and in the fame make a difference in the world. I spent time being mentored by people in that realm. Reading all the books. Paying for coaching. Taking classes. Doing some stuff. But...now...what I really want...is just to quietly sit by my husband. Talk to my family. Walk in the forest with my dog. Listen for the still voice of my Father in Heaven. I'm living that right now and it's the best place I've ever been.

Dream Those Old Dreams Again!

It's the last day of the month - the end of something and the beginning of something new - the second half of the year. God is bringing to mind old dreams that you are starting to dream about again. What are they? Write them down. Ask God what He’s thinking about it and about you; then write those down, too.

Do you wonder how to start writing these things? If so, just simply start a letter - "Dear God," then write your heart and listen for His words in your imagination. He has given you your imagination as a place where you can communicate with HIs brilliance!

Philippians 2:1 - Look at how much encouragement you've found in your relationship with the Anointed One! You are filled to overflowing with his comforting love. You have experienced a deepening friendship with the Holy Spirit and have felt his tender affection and mercy.

In The Blink Of An Eye

Sometimes…when you feel like you don’t know what you’re doing…and you have been praying for a long time for direction…and you keep taking steps toward your dreams…and you have waited in hope for a Word from God…He will speak. In a moment. In a secret. In a whisper. Through a friend. An angel. Through a teacher. A dream. A thought. He will do it. He promises to fulfill His purpose for your life.

What you want in life - He wants even more. He put your desires in you. He gave you your imagination. Don’t stop dreaming. Declare His goodness. Remember His promises. And all of a sudden…in the blink of an eye…overnight…everything will come into focus. Permission is granted. And you are on your way!

Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. Psalm 37:4-5

February 18 - The Wait Is Over

You have been in a period of transition where it seems what you hope for is just out of reach. That time is over! Step into your dream!
